My Approach

I can help you ascend the mountain of challenges faced by leaders.

For many executives, leading complex and rapidly growing organizations can be a lonely and challenging experience. Talking with a trusted advisor, someone outside of the team dynamic, can lead to important and healthy insights for the organization and the leader.

Have you ever...

…been on a hike where you walk through a beautiful grove of trees but because you’re gaining elevation and perhaps a little out of breath, you are solely focused on putting one foot in front of the other and you forget to look up and see what’s around you only to have a friend point out a fox, or a deer just off the side of trail?

Sometimes we do this in the business world: We are so focused on getting things done, implementing the plan, working the goals, that we fail to see the opportunities along the way. When leaders take time to stop and reflect on where they are and consider the leadership opportunities that face them, their leadership becomes more intentional and focused and they are better positioned to lead their organizations through the ups and downs of the corporate world.

As we walk together on this leadership journey, we’ll take time to stop, reflect, and consider the possibilities so that no opportunity is wasted.

Leadership starts with you.

Discover

What’s holding you back? What are the roadblocks that are getting in your way? How do you come to know what you don’t know?

Learn

You will be exposed to a variety of strategies and approaches that are designed to strengthen your leadership skill set and help you explore what you might not know. We will collaboratively map out strategies that will lead to new growth and exciting possibilities.

Lead

When you have your destination in mind and a clear map of how you will get there, you’ll feel more connected, aligned, and purposeful as you take yourself and others to new vistas and horizons.

Signs it's time you need an outside perspective:

(“How do I know if coaching is right for me?”)

  • You are eager to make the most of your leadership opportunities.
  • You are at a point in your career where you want to make some changes but you’re not quite sure where to begin.
  • Perhaps you have lost your passion and you need to reconnect with why you wanted to be a leader in the first place.
  • You may have received some difficult feedback and need some assistance with developing a plan that will truly make a difference.
  • You need to find new approaches to engage your leadership team and move the organization to a better position of health and productivity.
  • You might feel that your life is out of balance and you need to take a step back and re-prioritize what’s truly important.

Get proactive about your leadership.

My goal is to collaborate with you in fully understanding the problem and identifying solutions that lead to resolution. If you have conflicts that are getting in the way of the work, I’ll help you identify those and paths to move forward into a place of thriving.

Discover you as the best leader you can be.

What gets me out of bed in the morning is watching people grow and gain confidence in their abilities. People like you who are interested in learning and improving. Who want to find their blind spots, expand their awareness, and maximize their strengths. Watching this journey of self-discovery as you apply learnings and see how your employees/company reacts is one of the greatest thrills of my life.

Guide notes

The path to great leadership takes honesty and vulnerability, so in your journey to “elevate your leadership,” pay close attention to your intuition and look for a coach you not only have chemistry with, but one who you will feel comfortable spending time with as you explore your blind spots, capabilities, and potential as a leader.
