…been on a hike where you walk through a beautiful grove of trees but because you’re gaining elevation and perhaps a little out of breath, you are solely focused on putting one foot in front of the other and you forget to look up and see what’s around you only to have a friend point out a fox, or a deer just off the side of trail?
Sometimes we do this in the business world: We are so focused on getting things done, implementing the plan, working the goals, that we fail to see the opportunities along the way. When leaders take time to stop and reflect on where they are and consider the leadership opportunities that face them, their leadership becomes more intentional and focused and they are better positioned to lead their organizations through the ups and downs of the corporate world.
As we walk together on this leadership journey, we’ll take time to stop, reflect, and consider the possibilities so that no opportunity is wasted.

Who want to find their blind spots, expand their awareness, and maximize their strengths. Watching this journey of self-discovery as you apply learnings and see how your employees/company reacts is one of the greatest thrills of my life.

Our first step in our journey together is for you to help me get to know you. I view you as a unique and evolving leader who brings to the coaching equation, your own personal values, beliefs and behaviors that have contributed to your success as a leader. I want to understand what is important to you and I work hard to approach each client with an open mind and without any predisposed stereotypes or dispositions.
While I would absolutely love to work with everyone that visits this website, it’s important for your success and mine to know that I’m not for everyone. I have worked with all kinds of leaders and board members. I work best with people who are willing to look at themselves with an open and curious mind. I look for chemistry, compatibility, and commitment to authenticity. You should be clear on what you look for as well. I have been blessed to meet some truly fantastic leaders over my thirty years of coaching. If what you have read resonates with you, give me a call and let’s explore the possibilities together.
I’ll provide a personal questionnaire that facilitates reflection and connection. This questionnaire helps to accelerate the initial “getting to know you process” and allows me as a coach to continue to explore with you what is most important to you. Our sessions together are completely confidential and I work hard to earn and maintain your trust.
My coaching philosophy is to leverage strengths and minimize blind spots. I use a wonderful assessment that allows us to objectively identify and explore your strengths as well as potential blind spots. You’ll receive a report that can be used to help others better understand how you approach various leadership situations and opportunities. If you have other assessments you have completed, including 360 reports, we will take time to explore these as well. We will also explore the possibility of administering a new 360 Assessment, depending on how long it has been since you have completed one. My goal is to make sure we understand where you shine and where you might want a little polish!
